   Peace and welcome back to the Mind Fitness channel. I had promised you, in a previous video, that I would do exercises with a Jump Rope using a 3-meter-long iron chain that weighs 1.4 kg (3.09 Lbs), so here I'm on my promise!
In this video, you'll see that it's not difficult to train with an iron chain as a Jump Rope if a set of appropriate workout conditions are available to complete these fitness exercises and get important health benefits with no injuries!
But it's very important to get rid of one of the biggest intellectual fallacies that prevent most people from achieving goals, which is the word "impossible"! There's no impossible except in the lazy mind!

Measures to follow before exercising with an iron chain as jump rope

   Before practicing jumping exercises with a heavy iron chain jump rope we should become accustomed to exercising with the normal jump rope, that is, the rope made of string, and this's the beginner's level! Then, we should also be accustomed to the intermediate level by mastering jumping exercises with a rope heavier than the first, for example, a thick electric string!

   When we master the first and second levels of types of jump rope exercises, then we can pass to the third level, which is, the advanced level! But it's very important that we do not rush and thus we may cause ourselves certain harm! We should start with slow jumps to get used to the weight of the jump rope used at this stage, which's an iron chain with a length of 3 meters and a weight of 1.4 kg (3.09 Lbs)! Step by step we'll get used to it and we'll master it, and then we can pass to exercising with heavier tools like Sandbag!

Precautions to follow before exercising with an iron chain as a jump rope

   After successfully passing through the previous levels of applying the aforementioned measures, we proceed to take the necessary exercising precautions in order to obtain healthy results from a training session with a jump rope consisting of a rather heavy iron chain!

1. It's better to do this type of exercise, named challenge exercises or extreme sports outdoors such as a seashore, a park, a forest, etc! The goal is to avoid causing any harm either to people or to property! The fact that motivates athletes to adventure and exercises freely! As you know, the narrow space, the house or the gym.. pushes the athlete to focus on not causing any harm to the surroundings, humans, animals, or property! Thus, this focus leads the athlete to fall into the mistake he/she feared!

2. If you're afraid of getting injured while exercising with an iron chain as a Jump Rope instead of a regular jump rope, you can wear a leg protector, and if you are afraid of injuring the back of the head, you can wear a bicycle helmet! But it's important to know that in physics "the bigger the weight, the more the stability is achieved during the circle or semi-circle rotation", thus there's less bulge, inclination, and undulation; So the risk of injury is reduced..!

3. Before embarking on jumping rope exercises using a heavy iron chain, it's very important to perform muscle extension exercises, muscle lengthening or wrist stretching exercises, as well as wrist warm-up exercises or wrist warm-up movements, whether with no sports equipment or using some basic sports equipment such as a Sports stick ( Bo staff), Nunchaku, etc! The aim is to prepare the wrist for exercise, as well as to protect the wrist from injury as far as it's one of the most dangerous injuries due to the important role that this basic joint plays! In addition, wrist injury necessitates long-term treatment however there's a low rate of recovery in most cases!
